This role involves ensuring excellent service delivery to all parties, working closely with the technology, operations, marketing and merchant management teams, and assisting in enhancing the overall customer experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and experience in a customer service role.

We aim to employ an IT Architecture and Integration specialist that will be responsible for the IT architecture design and implementation of a pre-defined Technology stack required to enable a fully integrated loyalty platform. The Lead: System Configuration and Integration will play a pivotal role in building and establishing the IT capabilities for the solution as a leader in the loyalty rewards industry. You will be responsible for the integration of a wide range of technologies, provided by world-leading vendors, responsibilities span from developing integration architectures through to delivering the final solution for launch in the market.

This is a contract position. At Pinnacle Rewards, our future success is dependent on the efficiency of organizational execution on deliverables. To help maintain and grow this standard, we’re seeking an experienced project manager to plan, manage and deliver key strategic projects. We aim to employ a Project Manager that will be responsible for the planning and implementation of a pre-defined Loyalty solution comprising of a predefined technology stack, business model, business case in the market. The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in managing the delivery of the project across all work streams with the associates, risk management, critical path management and successful implementation of the project to deliver on the business case. Reporting at steerco level with the associated governance is required.

We aim to employ a System Configuration and Integration specialist that will be responsible for the configuration of a pre-defined Technology stack required to enable a fully integrated loyalty platform. The Lead: System Configuration and Integration will play a pivotal role in building and establishing the loyalty programme IT capabilities as a leader in the loyalty rewards industry. You will be responsible for the configuration of all the loyalty program aspects, including but not limited to the program rules, the rewards store propositions and associated customer journeys and branding, as well as all feeder files and processing. The configuration will be required at Loyalty Management System level covering all associated processing rules and interfaces, as well as the customer journey touchpoints.
